Their last response was sent mere seconds after my last one, leading me to believe they glossed over it. Terrible ModeratThey help teenagers understand that what they are going through, and what they are feeling, are not one-offs. That they are not alone in feeling/experiencing these things. They help build feelings of connection. This lists a whole gamut of experiences, not merely traumatic ones. Teenagers are not "cringe"..
