Not as good of course, but a lot better than otherwise. You only need a 2.5gig+ switch to take advantage of WiFi 6e speeds, you will get the benefits of the 6ghz band regardless. Mikrotik is pretty easy to use and manage. It has a built in console and a webGUI, or you can use Winbox. Most of the "complexity" is in the initial setup and you can find documentation and scripts to use in the Mikrotik Wiki and other sources.
